Flora House is a family owned Day Nursery providing quality childcare from a spacious building that provides a homely atmosphere where all children are cared for in an environment that is happy, loving and caring and children learn through play. Please come and visit so you can see for yourself.
We are open on a daily basis from 8.00am - 5.30pm, childcare before or after these times are available upon request for an extra charge. We are closed Bank Holidays and between Christmas and the New Year. The prices for our childcare fees are available upon request.
Flora House is registered with Ofsted for the care of 44 children on a daily basis, we provide childcare for children from birth - 8 years.
At Flora House the planning we follow is the Birth - 5 Framework (EYFS) and Flying Start which is a baseline assessment of children which takes place six weeks after their third birthday and is continuous until they leave nursery and commence their school life. This assessment tracks their development progress throughout the year. Nursery Free Entitlement is available from the term after your child is three years old. Full details are available on request.
